L'Oreal "The Magic Top Coat" - L'oreal The Magic Top Coat
I purchased L'Oreal's The Magic Top coat- nail polish, expecting a glossy top coat finish but disappointedly got a dull matte, flat finish instead. When I tried to return it to the store I was told that they could not because L'Oreal would not reimburse them for a used product and that it was up to me to make a complain to the company. If, as customers, we are not allowed to test the product in the store...why then can we not return when dissatisfied?
